Land Declared to be Road in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 30.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks XXV and XXIX, Takitimu Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and when stopped incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 675 recorded in Register Book No. 7A/358 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Gray Herbert Robertson of Blackmount, farmer.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block V, Mangaone Survey District and Block VII, Tararua Survey District, Eketahuna County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and be vested in The Eketahuna County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and shall vest in Grant Drysdale and Ewen Murray Drysdale both of Nireha, farmers subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 136892.2, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped, and shall vest in David George Golder of Eketahuna, farmer subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 545052, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall vest in Colin Frederick Drysdale of Nireha, farmer and Phyllis Marjory Drysdale, his wife as tenants in common in equal shares subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 666378, Wellington Land Registry.
