Union of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, shall be united to form one reserve to be known as Lake Ianthe Scenic Reserve.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY

1307.4672 hectares, more or less, being Reserves 633, 908 and 2036, part Reserves 363 and 1191, Rural Sections 3143, 5677, 5678 and 5679, situated in Blocks II and III, Mount Bonar Survey District, and Blocks XIV and XV, Waitaha Survey District. Scenic Reserve by all New Zealand Gazettes, 1979, page 1041 and 1983, page 4305. S.O. Plans 765, 1678, 2553, 3980, 4813 and 9868.

Classification of Reserve

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Tauranga

PURSUANT to section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of June 1984 and published in the Gazette, 21 June 1984, No. 107, page 2274 and registered as Doc. H. 535079.1 in the South Auckland Registry at Hamilton by deleting therefrom the land described in the Schedule thereto and substituting the land described in the Schedule hereto.
