Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Mount Fyffe Survey District—Kaikoura County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Kaikoura County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Napier City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
