29 AUGUST THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE 3741
1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wanganui Licensing Committee on the 18th day of June 1985, made an order authorising the variation of hours of trading (as specified in the variation of hours of trading made by the said committee on 9 March 1977 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 24 March 1977, No. 34, page 918) for the licensed premises known as the Federal Hotel, Wanganui.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10.30 p.m. in the evening.

NOTICE is hereby given that the quota allocation of hoki as prescribed in clause 3 of the Fisheries (Sea Fishing) Notice 1984* for commercial fisherman in the ‘Others’ category in the New Zealand Fisheries Area G has been taken.

Price Order No. 319 (Shop-Dairy Margins—Milk and Cream).
I, Hunter Macandrew Donaldson, being duly authorised by the Secretary of Trade and Industry in this behalf, do hereby make the following price order in accordance with the provisions of section 89 of the Commerce Act 1975, and section 25 (3) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 6 of the Milk Amendment Act 1980).

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 319.

Revocations—(1) Price Order No. 304* is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
- In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:
“The Act”, means the Milk Act 1967:
“Milk”, means milk within the meaning of the Act, but does not include cream or goat’s milk:
“Shop-dairy occupier”, means a person who is the occupier of a shop in which he sells milk and/or cream in the form in which it was sold to him, for human use or consumption off the premises of that shop:
“Retail sale”, in relation to any milk or cream, means the sale of that milk or cream by a shop-dairy occupier.
“Standard rates”, means the standard rates of margins payable in respect of the retail sale of milk and cream specified in the Schedule hereto.

This notice applies to all milk and cream sold by way of retail sale for human consumption.

The standard rates specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby fixed with effect from and including the 1st day of September 1985.

No additional charge shall be made for the exchange or other handling of bottles provided for the sale of milk, or for any other service supplied in respect of such bottles or their contents.
SCHEDULE
STANDARD rates of margins payable in respect of the retail sale of milk and cream.

- Retail sale of milk 8.87
- Retail sale off cream 37.50
