Advertising the Taking of a Census—Section 31 (5) of the Statistics Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 31 (5) of the Statistics Act 1975, notice is given that a Census of Agriculture (1984–85) which has been approved by the Minister of Statistics, is being undertaken jointly by the Department of Statistics and Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and, in respect of section 8 and questions 6.11 and 6.12 only of the questionnaire, the New Zealand Forest Service.
The census will cover:
(1) All individuals or organisations who either actively farmed a holding, irrespective of size or location, during the year ended 30 June or who owned or leased a holding which, while not actively farmed, contained a plantation of exotic timber trees.
(2) All individuals or organisations who owned or leased a holding, which, although not used for any farming or forestry operations during the year ended 30 June, was potentially usable for such activities.
It is the duty of the person in charge of each holding who has not received a questionnaire within 21 days after the date of this advertisement to inform the Government Statistician that such a holding exists.

Levy on Pigs Slaughtered on Licensed Premises 1985–86
PURSUANT to section 30 (3) of the Pork Industry Board Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the levy on pigs slaughtered on licensed premises as from and including the 1st day of October 1985 shall be $2.90 per pig including $1.05 for administration and $1.85 per pig for marketing.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Clifton County) Notice No. 1, 1985.

The Clifton County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Clifton County) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated the 23rd day of September 1969†, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, is revoked.

Roads classified in Class One
Karaka Road: from Waipapa Road to Manukorihi Road.
Manukorihi Road: from Karaka Road to the entrance to the Waitara Borough Refuse Disposal Area.
Ngatimaru Road: from the Waitara Borough boundary to Waipapa Road.
Waipapa Road: from Ngatimaru Road to Karaka Road.
Roads Classified in Class Two:
All roads or parts of roads under the control of the Clifton County Council not otherwise named in this Schedule.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1985
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
N O T I C E
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1985.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 1, 1985, signed the 15th day of March 1985* issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.
