All that area in the Gisborne Land District, Opotiki County, bounded by a line commencing at Potikirua Point, being a point on the sea coast in Block I, Matakaoa North Survey District and being the north-western corner of Wharekahika A1, and proceeding southerly along the western boundary of Wharekahika A1 and its production across State Highway No. 2 to and along the aforesaid boundary and its production to a legal road and along the western boundary of part Wharekahika A2 and its production to and along the eastern boundary of part Wharekahika A2; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 1, the southern boundary of part Whangaparaoa 2D and 2E2B2 and its production to the middle of the Whangaparaoa River, generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to its confluence with the Mangapouri Stream, up the middle of the Mangapouri Stream to a point in line with the right-lined northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10599 AK to and along the said northern boundary to Trig. Station G3, Tapuahauru; thence generally southerly along the western boundaries of Lot 1 and Lot 2, D.P. 10599 AK and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Whekeroa Stream; down the middle of that stream to its confluence with the Mangaone Stream, down the middle of the Mangaone Stream to its confluence with the Waikura River, down the middle of the Waikura River to its confluence with the Raukokore River, up the middle of the Raukokore River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Pohueroro 5A, situated in Block XII, Whangaparaoa Survey District; thence westerly to and along that boundary and the southern boundaries of Pohueroro 6A and 6B to Trig. Station 1323, Kaikoura; thence southerly along the western and south-western boundaries of Te Kumi 1 to Trig. Station 1328, Whanakao; thence south-westerly along a right line between Trig. Station 1328, Whanakao and Trig. Station Kapua situated in Block V, Hikurangi Survey District to a point on the southern boundary of Puketauhinu 1B; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Puketauhinu 1B to a point in the middle of the Mangatutura Stream, generally westerly down the middle of that stream to its confluence with the Motu River; thence generally north-westerly down the middle of the Motu River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 3116 situated in Block XIV, Haparapara Survey District; thence south-westerly to and along that south-eastern boundary and the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 5, D.P. 3116 to the southernmost corner of that Lot 5; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lot 5 and Lot 2, D.P. 3116 to Trig. Station Pukepapa; thence westerly along the northern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 3116 to the south-eastern corner of part Maraenui 9 and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of part Maraenui 9; thence north-westerly across State Highway No. 35 to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 9, Block II, Tokata Survey District and part Maraenui 9 to the sea coast; thence generally north-easterly along the sea coast crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets to the point of commencement. Special Arrangements for the Provision of Medical Services for the Residents of Te Kaha and Surrounding District
PURSUANT to section 117 of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health has made special arrangements whereby all persons for the time being resident in the district described in the Schedule hereto who are entitled to receive, free of charge, at the hands of any registered medical practitioner who is employed or engaged by the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board or who is providing relief for such persons pursuant to a contract made with the said board under section 78 of the Hospitals Act 1957, general medical services as defined in section 88 (1) of the Social Security Act 1964.
These special arrangements are in addition to the benefits provided in Part II of the Social Security Act 1964.
Provided that no person may receive from the Department of Health, under that Act, any payment in respect of any service or requirement given or supplied pursuant to the arrangements.
