Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of the Reserve in the Wallace County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Takitumu Hall Reserve Board to control and manage the Takitimu Hall Reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the Wallace County Council in trust for a local purpose (site for a public hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
