Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Postmaster’s House) in Block VIII, Glenomaru Survey District, Clutha County

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 177, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the New Lynn Borough Council on the 11th day of April 1983:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
