Revocation of a Notice Relating to the Revocation of a
Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason
of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the notice revoking the reservation over
a reserve dated 22 March 1985 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 3 April 1985, No. 60, page 1521.

Designation of Eastern Southland Community Arts Council

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council
of New Zealand Act, 1974, on the recommendation of the Southern
Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New
Zealand hereby designates the Eastern Southland Community Arts Council
for the following duly defined area:

Using Mataura as the southernmost point, the boundaries of
the Eastern Southland Community Arts Council continue west
to Waimumu then follow the Hokonui Hills to Otapiri Peak
and north to Lumsden. From Lumsden follow a straight line
to Waikai, then to Dunrobin and Edievale. From Edievale
the boundary goes south east to the Blue Mountains and
follows these down to Conical Hill, then south to Waipahi.
A straight line from Waihapa to Waiarikiki, then to Tuturau
and up to Mataura closes the boundary line.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of
Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the
   Milk Price Notice 1985 (No. 2) and shall be read together with and
   deemed part of the Milk Price Notice 1980* (hereinafter referred
   to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of September
1985.

2. Maximum price for milk sold to consumers and commercial
   users—The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the First
   Schedule, and substituting the First Schedule set out in the Schedule
   to this notice.

3. Maximum price at which milk may otherwise be sold—The
   principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the Second Schedule,
   and substituting the Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to this
   notice.

4. Revocation—The Milk Price Notice 1985† is hereby conse-
   quentially revoked.
