being an inspector appointed under Part III of the said Act, as a member of the Thames-Coromandel Pest Destruction Board, vice A. R. Challis, deceased.

Declaring Land Taken for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the University of Otago and vests in the Crown from and after the 15th day of August 1985.
