of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the
10th day of January 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 17 January 1985, No. 6 at page 133, declaring stopped road to
be disposed of and the notice dated the 13th day of June 1985 and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 June 1985, No. 116 at
page 2609, amending a notice declaring stopped road to be disposed
of in Block IV, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County.
