Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land situated in Block I, Takapau Survey District and described as follows:

to be Clerk of the House of Representatives, with effect from 1 August 1985, vice Charles Philip Littlejohn, Esquire, C.B.E., LL.M.

Appointing an Inspector in Respect of All and Any Local Railways at Shantytown, Greymouth, Operated by the West Coast Historical and Mechanical Society (Incorporated)
Pursuant to section 178 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints
Henry Edgar Clarke, of Greymouth, civil engineer,
to be an inspector in respect of all and any local railways at Shantytown, Greymouth, operated by the West Coast Historical and Mechanical Society (Incorporated), to inspect all and any of the said local railways as occasion may from time to time require.

as Chairman of the Licensing Control Commission for a term of 5 years on and from the 3rd day of September 1985.
