The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 23rd day of September 1966†, which relates to a road situated within Marlborough County, adjacent to Picton Borough, is revoked.


FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED in Picton Borough:

No. 1 State Highway (Picton-Christchurch): from a point 200 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Angle Street to the southern boundary of Picton Borough.

Queen Charlotte Drive: from a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Gravesend Place to the northern boundary of Picton Borough.

Waikawa Road: from a point 350 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Leicester Street to a point 20 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Beach Street.


SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED in Picton Borough:

Waikawa Road: from a point 350 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Leicester Street to a point 20 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Beach Street.

The Road Classification (Raglan County) Notice No. 1, 1985

Pursuant to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974‡, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Raglan County) Notice No. 1, 1985.

  2. The Raglan County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

  3. So much of the Road Classification (Raglan County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated the 30th day of April 1982†, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.

SCHEDULE

RAGLAN COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class One

Huntly-Rotowaro Road: from Waikokowai intersection to the Huntly-Waingaro Road at Rotowaro.

Huntly-Waingaro Road: from a point 19.3 kilometres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from the Huntly Borough boundary to Glen Afton.

McDonald Mine Road: from Waikokowai intersection to McKinnon Road.

Renown Road: from Waikokowai intersection to a point 1.05 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along Renown Road to Tapp Road and thence 600 metres along the said road.

Te Ohaki Road: from a point 1.0 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Huntly-Rotowaro Road to a point 2.8 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Huntly-Rotowaro Road.

Export Performance Taxation Incentive Schedule of Export Goods—Amendment No. 12

Pursuant to section 156c (6) of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given by the Secretary of Trade and Industry that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Overseas Trade and Marketing have jointly approved the amendments of the Schedule of Export Goods (approval of which was notified in the Gazette of 1 May 1980) set out in the Schedule hereto:

SCHEDULE

PART I

  1. Chapter 4 of the Schedule of Export Goods is amended by:

    (a) Adding below the following classification:
    04.06.21R Comb, in retail packs ....................................................... E
    the following classification:
    X04.06.21R Comb, in bulk ....................................................... G

    (b) Adding below the following classification:
    04.06.31N Honey Dew, in retail packs ........................................ E
    the following classification:
    04.06.31N Honey Dew, in bulk .................................................. G

The effect of this amendment is to make honey dew in bulk eligible to receive the Export Performance Taxation Incentive.

  1. Chapter 7 of the Schedule of Export Goods is amended by:

    (a) Deleting the following classification:
    07.01.21X Onions ....................................................................... G
    and substituting the following classification:
    07.01.21X Onions ....................................................................... F

    (b) Deleting the following classification:
    07.01.55P Pumpkin, squash and similar edible gourds ....................... G
    and substituting the following classifications:
    07.01.55P Butternut squash .................................................... F
    07.01.55P Pumpkin, other squash and similar edible gourds ............. G

The effect of this amendment is to increase the domestic value added band applied to onions and butternut squash from a G band to an F band.

The amendments in Part I shall apply from the income year that commenced 1 April 1983 or equivalent accounting year.

PART II

Chapter 93 of the Schedule of Export Goods is amended by:

Adding above the following classification:
    93.07.39N Other ....................................................................... G
the following classification:
    93.07.39M Airgun slugs and pellets .............................................. A

The effect of this amendment is to increase the domestic value added band applied to airgun slugs and pellets from a G band to an A band.

The amendments in Part II shall apply from the income year that commenced 1 April 1984 or equivalent accounting year.
