Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Wellington Licensing Committee
Pursuant to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22(14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 27 June 1985 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Wainuiomata RSA Club (Inc.).
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday—Opening at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Pursuant to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22(14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 27 June 1985 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Railway Tavern, Thorndon Quay, Wellington.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959, Amendment No. 18
Pursuant to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962 and section 7 of the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Dissolution Act 1983, the National Roads Board hereby makes the following bylaw.

This bylaw may be cited as the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959, Amendment No. 18.

This bylaw shall come into effect on the day after its publication in the Gazette.

The Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959 is hereby amended by adding, after clause 14, the following clause:
14A (1) This clause shall apply to all heavy motor vehicles as defined in the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974.
(2) No person shall operate a heavy motor vehicle on the extensions to the Auckland Harbour Bridge, being the extensions authorised by section 21A of the Auckland Harbour Bridge Act 1950.
- Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 (five hundred dollars).
This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 17th day of July 1985.

Pursuant to sections 120, 121, 136 and 145 of the Transport Act 1962, as amended by the Transport Amendment Act No. 2, 1983, the Wellington District and No. 7 Transport Licensing Authority, (W’m O’Brien) gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting to hear evidence for or against the granting of them in the Conference Room, Second Floor, Pearse House, corner Wilks and Ghuznee Streets, Wellington, commencing Wednesday, 14 August 1985 at 10 a.m.
Applicants must be present or represented. All documents for alteration must be handed in at the sitting.
