Declaring Land in Rangiora Borough to be Acquired for Electricity Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electricity purposes and shall vest in The North Canterbury Electric Power Board on the 25th day of July 1985.
