Classification and Naming of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Te Opu Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Lower Hutt City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of marae, wharekaraka, urupa and papakainga hereinafter to be known as Ngamokai Papakainga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hinurewa Whakapu, Ihaka Rerekura, Kapitorina Rerekura, Mania Te Rongonui, Hakaraia Te Tiwha, Taiwini Paamu and Arama Tinirau.
