Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Disposed of in Block VII, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be amalgamated with certificate of title No. 11A/111, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 358055.4, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be amalgamated with certificate of title No. 210/500, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 396765.4, 487522.5, 487522.6 and 487522.7, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be added to the adjoining land held for a State forest taken by transfer No. 897106, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 134, subject to forestry encouragement agreements 934051, 934052 and memorandum of mortgage No. 351646, Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that area shall be incorporated within the adjoining land held for a State forest taken by transfer No. 897106, Wellington Land Registry.
