Routes:
Auckland Transport Terminal via Customs Street East, Anzac Avenue, Symonds Street, Khyber Pass Road, Broadway (Newmarket), Manukau Road, Great South Road, thence:
(a) Direct to Manurewa, Papakura and Drury thence via Drury Main Highway, Seddon Street, and Queen Street to intersection Queen Street and Kitchener Road.
(b) To Manurewa, Papakura, Dykes Road corner, Irwins Road corner, Glenbrook Hall, corner to Waiuku.
Special Conditions:

The licensee is authorised to make such alterations and additions to the timetable as required, as ordinary, holiday or special events may require, subject to a copy of the timetable being lodged with the Licensing Authority and notice to the public being given by newspaper advertisement.

The licensee is authorised to carry parcels, mails and newspapers, as arranged, in conjunction with the service hereby licensed.

The licensee may carry workers between Auckland and Westfield and vice versa at the fares and charges at present shown on the licence of the Passenger Transport Company Limited over the same route.

Except on Saturdays and Sundays the omnibuses are not to stop for the purpose of picking up and/or setting down passengers between Penrose Road and Walls Road.

The licensee is restricted from operating this service in King Street, south of the intersection of Queen Street, Seddon Street and King Street (Perkins corner), Pukekohe.

The licensee has the right to operate services from Papakura and Waiuku, to and from the Glenbrook Steel Mill, as and when required to meet the demands of the N.Z. Steel Limited.
The above special conditions are presently listed on the existing licences.
Subject to the granting of a Passenger Transport Service Licence approval is sought to amend the existing timetable to rationalise the services between Auckland to Pukekohe/Tuakau and Auckland to Kingseat/Waiuku and better match the services with present day demands.
Copies of the new timetable are available from the New Zealand Railways Corporation.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 8
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 June 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 8 (Timaru-Milton) from the point of Junction 43 (east side of State Highway No. 8), Town of Havelock to its junction with Wearmouth Street as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/84/93 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 1
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 June 1985 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Waipu to its junction with State Highway No. 12 for half its width on the western side across the frontages of Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 94014, certificate of titles 50A/1143 (557/90) and 50 A/1144 respectively as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 11/17/1/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
St Josephโs, Orakei.
The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect on 14 June 1985. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Approval of Motorcycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by GPA International, France, in accordance with regulation No. 22 of the Economic Commission for Europe agreement concerning the adoption of uniform conditions of approval and reciprocal recognition of approval for motor vehicle equipment and parts, and bearing the mark of homologation E6-22R-024081.
Pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 24th day of August 1984.
