Declaration as Special Purpose Road
PURSUANT to section 12A of the National Roads Act 1953 (as amended by section 3 of the National Roads Amendment Act 1980) the National Roads Board hereby determines that the carriageway of the section of public highway described in the Schedule below shall be special purpose road, for maintenance funding purposes only.
SCHEDULE
All that section of road commencing at its junction with State Highway No. 6 and extending in a southerly direction along the south side of the Fox River for a distance of approximately 3 kilometres to its terminus at a carpark-picnic area.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specifications Available for Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specifications are being circulated.
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 6317 Specification for safety of electric blankets. $15.00
This draft Standard sets out design and construction requirements for the safety of electrically-heated blankets and their controls, intended for household and similar general use, that have an area (measured on one surface only) of 0.26 square metres or more and operate on supply voltages not exceeding 250 V a.c. or d.c.
DZ 6317 is an extensive revision of NZS 1302:1962.
The Standard does not exclude electricity-heated mattresses, nor electric blankets of area smaller than 0.26 square metres, nor electric heating pads, but they are subject to some different and some additional requirements and therefore are not adequately dealt with by this draft.
(NOTE—Electric heating pads are those intended for special uses such as for medical, therapeutic, or similar purposes, or for elderly, infirm or disabled persons or infants, or for the care of animals).
This draft does not apply to water-bed heaters.

PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, James Richard Allen Stevenson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 314, and shall come into force on the 5th day of July 1985.

(1) Price Order No. 297* is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said price order and the said special approval shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
- (1) In this order, unless the context otherwise requires,—“the said Act” means the Commerce Act 1975; “the said regulations” mean the Butter and Cheese Marketing Regulations 1948†.
