of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in

remain vested in the Crown.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Incorporated, and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block
VIII, Norsewood Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
25th day of January 1985, published in the Gazette, 31 January
1985, No. 18, at page 394, declaring land to be road, road stopped
and incorporated, and road stopped and amalgamated in Block VIII,
Norsewood Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, by omitting from
the heading the words “Hawke’s Bay County” and substituting
the words “Dannevirke County” and further omitting from the notice
the words “and vested in The Hawke’s Bay County Council:” and
substituting the words “and vested in The Dannevirke County
Council.”.

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
10th day of January and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
the 17th day of January 1985, No. 6, at page 133, declaring stopped
road to be vested by omitting the following:

“to be incorporated in the land in certificate of title No. 6C/366,
subject to Lease No. 170054.1, Nelson Land Registry”

and substituting the following:

“to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 6C/366, subject to Lease No. 170054.1, Nelson Land
Registry”.
