Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for the Functioning
Indirectly of a Road in Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District,
City of Nelson

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 27th day of February 1985 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 7 March 1985, No. 39 at page 1092, acquiring land for
the functioning indirectly of a road by omitting the following:

“PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act
1981,”

and substituting the following:—

“PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981,”

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Vested in Block VII, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
21st day of September 1984 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 27 September 1984, No. 172 at page 4071, declaring land
to be road, road stopped and vested by omitting the following:

“the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped
and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 23C/53, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 502844.3, 370469.1 and
370469.2, Wellington Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped
and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 23C/53, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 502844.3,
370469.1 and 370469.2, Wellington Land Registry.”

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks IV and VI,
Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Allotments 219 and 220, Maungakaramea Parish, shall vest in
Dungannon Farms Limited at Omana, Tangiteroria, subject
to memoranda of mortgage No. 498582.4 and 854043.1 and
statutory land charge 808891.1. North Auckland Land
Registry;

(ii) Allotment 221, Maungakaramea Parish, shall vest in Ian
Alistair Murray Palmer of Whangarei, farmer and
Connaught Anne Summers Palmer, his wife, subject to

Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
25th day of February 1985 and published in the Gazette of 28
February 1985, No. 32, page 671, declaring land to be road and
stopping road in Blocks V, VI and X, Matakoe Survey District,
pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting
the paragraph (a) thereof and substituting the following:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
Otamatea County Council.”

Land Held for Police Purposes Set Apart for Motorway Purposes
in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be set apart subject to drainage and incidental
rights created by conveyance 59413 for motorway purposes and
shall remain vested in the Crown.
