Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Reserve in the City
of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 14th day of March 1985, published in the Gazette of 21 March
1985, No. 47, at page 1235, declaring land to be acquired for a reserve
in the City of Takapuna, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works
Act 1981, by deleting from the Schedule thereto the words ‘marked
“A”’ and substituting the words ‘marked “B”’.
