Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a Secondary School, Land Held for the Purposes of a Secondary School, Land Held for a Students Hostel Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block I, Otorahua Survey District, Borough of Masterton

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of September 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1981, No. 105 at page 2512, setting apart land for State housing purposes by omitting the following:

“961 Lot 45 D.P. 66 part Section 30, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, situated in Wellington R.D. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 39, and being all the land contained in Proclamation No. 520100.
