Amendment to a Notice Authorising the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of part of Lots 3, 4 and 5, D.P. 43077, for other land dated 13 September 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 September 1982, No. 115, page 3209 by omitting from the said notice the First and Second Schedules and inserting in their place the following Schedules.

FIRST SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—PAPARUA COUNTY

360 square metres, 65 square metres and 100 square metres, more or less, being parts of Lot 3, D.P. 43077, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District. Parts of certificate of title 448/57.

115 square metres and 33 square metres, more or less, being parts of Lot 4, D.P. 43077, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District. Parts of certificate of title 448/57.

280 square metres, more or less, being part of Lot 5, D.P. 43077, situated in Block V, Christchurch Survey District. Part of certificate of title 448/57.

Classification and Change of the Name of the Governors Bay Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the Governors Bay recreation reserve shall hereafter be known as Allandale Domain.

Vesting a Reserve in the Southland County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Southland County Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Southland County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Southland County Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for County buildings, described in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the late Wiri Toka Eruera.
