Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VII, Paeroa Survey District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Rotorua District Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve for other land dated 15 October 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 October 1984, No. 195, page 4607.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei City Council on the 30th day of May 1984:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said City, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
