Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve Be Part of the Punakaiki Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Punakaiki Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Department of Lands and Survey.

Change of the Name of the Red Beach Domain Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, and known as the Red Beach Domain Recreation Reserve shall hereafter be known as Red Beach Park Recreation Reserve, and further, declares that the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, and known as the Red Beach Domain Recreation Reserve shall hereafter be known as Red Beach Waterfront Recreation Reserve.

Redefining the Objects and Beneficiaries for Whose Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart
