Classification of Parts of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purpose specified in section 19 (1) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO COUNTY
17.3585 hectares, more or less, being Sections 4 and 6, Block I, Waitahanui Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1973, page 1807. All New Zealand Gazette, 1977, page 1763. Both Sections are subject to a right of way created by New Zealand Gazette, 1926, page 2896. S.O. Plans 48599 and 47724.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve to a Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

129.0000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 98940, situated in Block IV, Opuawhanga Survey District; and Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District. All certificate of title 53D/751.
