Declaring Railway Land at Waipawa Now Set Apart for Maori Housing Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

880 Lot 7, D.P. 8113, being all the land thirdly comprised (34.8p) and described in Gazette, 1964, p. 601, Proc. 185761.

Declaring Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Otorohanga

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Services Licence

PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines Operations Limited of Apia, Western Samoa, has applied for an International Air Services Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between Auckland and Apia, optionally via Niue and/or Tonga, twice per week, and between Rarotonga and Apia optionally via Niue once per week. Further details of the proposals may be obtained from the Secretary of Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 29 June 1984.

Notice of Application for the Amendment and Renewal of an International Air Services Licence
———
PURSUANT to sections 14 and 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air Nauru of the Republic of Nauru has applied to renew its International Air Services Licence for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail over the following routes:
(a) Nauru-Honiara-Auckland;
(b) Nauru-Tarawa-Niue-Auckland;
(c) Nauru-Tarawa-Pago Pago-Rarotonga;
for a further 2 year period from 31 August 1984.
In addition, Air Nauru has applied for an amendment to its International Air Services Licence to add Pago Pago to its Nauru-Tarawa-Niue-Auckland route and thereby enable it to carry passengers, cargo and mail between Auckland and Pago Pago. Further details of these applications may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 29 June 1984.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
———
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Bruce County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
