PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Oamaru Borough Council.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Hinahina Cove Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 declares the said reserve to form part of the Hinahina Cove Scenic Reserve.
