Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Oteramika Hundred and Block X, Campbelltown Hundred Southland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amendment to a Notice—Classification of Reserve

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—OAMARU BOROUGH

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the Target Gully Shell Pit Scientific Reserve dated the 12th day of January 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 January 1984, No. 8, page 211, by omitting from the said notice 2252 square metres in the Schedule and inserting 2550 square metres.
