Declaring a Water Supply Pipeline Easement, in Gross, Acquired
for Irrigation Purposes in Block II, Kawakawa Survey District,
Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement
between Robert Arthur Playle and Margaret Lynda Playle, the regis-
tered proprietors of the land, and the Crown dated the 17th day
of April 1984, and held in the office of the District Commissioner of
Works at Auckland, having been entered into, a water supply pipe-
line easement, in gross, over the land described in the Schedule
hereto subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained
in the said agreement, is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes
and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of May 1984.
