PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Hobson County Council.

Declaring a Water Supply Pipeline Easement, in Gross, Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement between Robert Buick and Margaret Jean Buick, the registered proprietors of the land; and the Crown dated the 17th day of April 1984, and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland, having been entered into, a water supply pipeline easement, in gross, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement, is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of May 1984.
