Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a Metal Pit to be Crown Land in the County of Waimarino

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 15 February 1984, published in Gazette, 23 February 1984, No. 26 at page 482, declaring land held for a metal pit to be Crown land in the County of Waimarino, by omitting from the Schedule to the said notice the figures and word “1.9873 hectares” and substituting the figures and word “1.0987 hectares”.
