PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd day of May 1984.

Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in the County of Eltham
PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of March 1984, published in Gazette, 22 March 1984, No. 44, at page 845, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in the County of Eltham, by deleting from the body of the said notice all the words after the words “as follows” and substituting the following in their place:
“(a) As to the area firstly described, in Donald William Walker of Stratford, farmer and Moya Eileen Walker, his wife;
(b) As to the areas secondly and thirdly described, in Alois Anton Scherrer and Antoinette Josefine Mathilde Scherrer, both of Mangatoki, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage 169548 and caveat 306636;
(c) As to the areas fourthly and fifthly described, in Kevin Bruce Duthie of Eltham, farmer and Olwyn Barbara Frances Duthie, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage
