Appointment as Member of the New Zealand Ports Authority

PURSUANT to the provisions of the New Zealand Ports Authority
Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Rear-Admiral Keith Michael Saull

to be a member of the New Zealand Ports Authority for a term of
3 years from 11 May 1984 and to be chairman of the said authority
for the said term.

Member of Waterfront Industry Tribunal Reappointed

PURSUANT to section 5 (as amended by section 3 of the Waterfront
Industry Amendment Act 1977) and section 6 (as substituted by
section 4 of the Waterfront Industry Amendment Act 1980) of the
Waterfront Industry Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General
acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour has been
pleased to reappoint

Norman Douglas Oliver, of Auckland

as a member of the Waterfront Industry Tribunal for a further term
of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of April 1984.
