The Traffic (Waiheke County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated the 9th day of June 1976†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waiheke County:
At Oneroa, Blackpool, Surfdale, Palm Beach and Ostend:
ALL roads with the exceptions of the roads specified in the Second Schedule and Donald Bruce Road, from a point 480 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from Shelly Beach Road to its southern termination, west of a line commencing at the northern most part of Thompsons Point, thence south-westerly generally by a right line to northern side of View Road 50 metres east of its intersection with Crescent Road East, thence across View Road by a right line from its northern side to its southern side, thence south-easterly generally by a right line to the northern termination of Potai Taraire Street, thence south-westerly generally to a point on the western side of Sea View Road 50 metres north of its intersection with Ostend Road, thence across Sea View Road from its western side to its eastern side, thence southerly generally along the eastern side of Sea View Road to Ostend Road, thence easterly generally along the northern side of Ostend Road to a point opposite the eastern side of Calais Terrace, thence across Ostend Road by a right line from its northern side to its southern side, thence southerly generally to the shore of Putiki Bay.

At Onetangi:
ALL those roads bounded by a line commencing at the western termination of The Strand thence by a right line southerly generally to a point on the northern side of Sea View Road opposite the western side of Brown Road, thence across Sea View Road at right angles to the north-western side of Brown Road, thence southerly generally along the western side of Brown Road to the southern termination of the said road, thence south-easterly generally by a right line to a point on the north side of Onetangi Road 50 metres south of Waiaita Road, thence across Onetangi Road from its northern side to its southern side thence by a right line to a point on the western side of Trig Hill Road from its western side to its eastern side thence northerly generally to a point on the western side of Waiheke Road 50 metres south of the eastern end of Belle Terrace, thence across Waiheke Road from its western side to its eastern side thence northerly by a right line to the shore at Piemelon Bay, thence westerly generally along the said shore of the said bay and Onetangi Bay to the commencing point.

Wairua Road.

Pohutukawa Avenue.

O’Brien Road: from its southern end to a point 300 metres north of Okoka Road.

Ocean View Road: from a point 20 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from Mako Street to its western end.
At Ostend:
Causeway Road: from a point 300 metres west of Ostend Road to Shelly Beach Road.
Shelly Beach Road: from a point 100 metres south of Donald Bruce Road to Causeway Road.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in the Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981, I Leslie James Cope, the Chief Inspector of Factories of the Department of Labour hereby give notice of my intention, after 1 month from the publication of this notice, to apply to the Minister of Labour for his approval of the “Code of Practice for Photo Engraving and Lithographic Processes”.
