chemicals and chemical, petroleum, coal, rubber and plastic
products;
non-metallic mineral products;
basic metal industrial products;
fabricated metal products, machinery and equipment; and
all other products described by the department in the New
Zealand Standard Industrial Classification as being
manufactured.

The census will include one-man businesses which have been
excluded from past manufacturing censuses.

It is the duty of the person in charge of each undertaking involved
in any of the above activities who has not received a questionnaire
within 21 days after the date of this advertisement to inform the
Government Statistician that such an undertaking exists.

Cancellation of Registration as a Teacher

PURSUANT to section 135 (1) of the Education Act 1964, the name
of Ronald Patrick Hooks has been removed from the Teachers
Register and his teachers certificate and registration have been
cancelled.

Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal

PURSUANT to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice
is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary
Tribunal on the 2nd day of November ordered that the name of
Shane Eric Cunliffe of Auckland, barrister and solicitor be struck
off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court
of New Zealand and further ordered that the said Shane Eric Cunliffe
pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $2,000 towards
the costs of and incidental to the inquiry by its Disciplinary Tribunal
and further ordered that the said Shane Eric Cunliffe pay to the
Auckland District Law Society the sum of $3,200 in respect of the
costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by its District
Council.
