PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981 has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of April 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between Ingleby Thomas Miller and Audrey Marie Miller (as grantors) and the Crown (as grantee) dated the 2nd day of April 1984, held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland, having been entered into, a water supply pipeline easement, in gross, over
