PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road
described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that
the stopped road (now known as Section 11, Block XVI, Motu
Survey District) shall be incorporated in Lease in Perpetuity 113/228
held from Her Majesty the Queen by Norrie Alasdair McLean of
Otoko, farmer, subject to mortgage Nos 151819.4, 151819.5 and
151819.6.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981 and, when so taken, to be incorporated with the land
