PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of February 1984, published in Gazette, 23 February 1984, No. 26, page 486, declaring land acquired for road and the functioning indirectly of a road in Block IV, Alexandra Survey District, Waipa County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the First and Second Schedules thereto and substituting the following:
