Westland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—INANGAHUA COUNTY

The First Schedule of the notice "Notifying the Exchange of State Forest Land for Other Land" dated the 28th day of November 1983, published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 1 December 1983, No. 202, page 4161, is amended by the addition of the following areas:

51 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 49677, situated in Block XII, Waipakura Survey District, as shown on plan S22/10.

31 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 49678, situated in Block XII, Waipakura Survey District, as shown on plan S22/11.

112 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 49678, situated in Block XII, Waipakura Survey District, as shown on plan S22/11.
