Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Opua Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Opua Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Timperley’s Bush Scenic Reserve.
