Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in the County of
Eltham

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in
the Schedule hereto to be vested as follows:

(a) As to the area firstly described, in Donald William Walker of
Stratford, farmer and Moya Eileen Walker, his wife;

(b) As to the area secondly described, in Alois Anton Scherrer
and Antoinette Josefine Mathilde Scherrer, both of
Mangatoki, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares,
subject to memorandum of mortgage 169548 and caveat
306636;

(c) As to the areas thirdly and fourthly described, in Kevin Bruce
Duthie of Eltham, farmer and Olwyn Barbara Frances
Duthie, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage
304547.3 and 304547.4 and to statutory land charge
304547.5;

(d) As to the area fifthly described in James Evans of Eltham,
farmer and Mary Doreen Evans, his wife, as tenants in
common in equal shares;

(e) As to the area sixthly described in Hamish Bruce Duthie of
Eltham, farmer and Ruth Mary Duthie, his wife, as tenants
in common in equal shares, subject to statutory land charge
191033 and to memoranda of mortgages 291438.3 and
291438.4.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XVI, Mangapakeha Survey District,
Masterton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII, of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, to be road, and to be vested in The
Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume 341, folio 113, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume 341, folio 112, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume 341, folio 117, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Declares the land taken in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be
taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume 341, folio 117, Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be
taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume 341, folio 113, Wellington Land Registry.

(g) Declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto,
to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981, and declares that the area shall be incorporated in
