PURSUANT TO PART VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in the land in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 111, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 408419.2 and 408419.3, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in the land in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 114, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 071927.1, 401395.1 and 767247, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that area shall be incorporated in the land in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 111, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 408419.2 and 408419.3, Wellington Land Registry.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block II. Moutere Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall vest in Anthony Robinson of Nelson, forest conservation technician, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 132256, 235329.1 and 236746.1, Nelson Land Registry and declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in David Bertram Wanstall of Nelson, concrete contractor and Margaret Mary Wanstall, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 143554 and 146620, Nelson Land Registry.

Declaring Road in Buller County to be Stopped and Dealt with as Crown Land

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped; and then

(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the land comprising the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
