Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken and Vested in Block XI, Mangaone Survey District, Eketahuna County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Eketahuna County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in leasehold certificate of title No. C1/275, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 084046.1, 225240.2, 231889.1, and 279862.3, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in leasehold certificate of title No. C1/127, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 840506, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificates of title Nos F1/473 and E3/547, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that the area shall be incorporated in leasehold certificate of title No. C1/275, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 084046.1, 225240.2, 231889.1 and 279862.3, Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in leasehold certificate of title No. C1/275, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 084046.1, 225240.2, 231889.1 and 279862.3, Wellington Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in leasehold certificate of title Nos E3/547 and F1/473, Wellington Land Registry.

(h) Pursuant to section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in lease in perpetuity, recorded by certificate of title No. 9C/546, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 840506, Wellington Land Registry.
