Declaring a Right to Drain Sewage Easement (in Gross) Over Land in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, Borough of Kapiti

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into a right to drain sewage easement (in gross) is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in The Kapiti Borough Council the rights set out in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act on the 22nd day of March 1984.
