PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown. Together with and/or subject to (as applicable), the appurtenances and/or encumbrances described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 600 square metres, situated in the Borough of Richmond, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 10077. All certificate of title No. 5B/1338, Nelson Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

1. Subject as to the part marked “M” on D.P. 9815 to a sewage easement (in gross) in favour of The Richmond Borough Council created by transfer 183659.2 (subject to section 351E (1) (a), Municipal Corporations Act 1954).
