Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Derek Allan Armitage, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 837318.6, B. 160639.4 and B. 174054.4.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Blocks I, II, V, and VI, Newcastle Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under subsection (1) of that section and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area of 2.3 perches on S.O. Plan 50274, now known as Allotment 489, Parish of Pepepe, shall vest in Limehills Farm Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Putaruru, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 284985 and H. 220136.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas of 3 rood 20.9 perches and 2 acres, 3 rood, 17 perches on S.O. Plan 50274, now known as Allotments 490 and 491, Parish of Pepepe (respectively), shall vest in Robert Arthur Bull of Glen Massey, farmer and Bryan Charles White of Hamilton, chartered accountant.

(iii) The areas of 35.4 perches and 3.8 perches on S.O. Plan 50274 and the area of 3.8 perches on S.O. Plan 50277, now known as Allotments 492 and 493, Parish of Pepepe and Allotment 462, Parish of Waipa (respectively), shall vest in Te Akatea Farms Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Cambridge, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 315003, H. 316737.5, H. 131183, H. 236215.2 and S. 591637, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) The areas of 2 acres, 1 rood 0.9 of a perch, 1 acre, 1 rood 5.1 perches and 5.3 perches on S.O. (vi) The areas of 0.5 of a perch and 2.1 perches on S.O. Plan 50275, now known as Allotments 500 and 501, Parish of Pepepe (respectively), shall vest in Charlton Michael Dawson of Waingaro, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 192440.3, H. 067926.1, S. 389376 and H. 226057, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vii) The area of 1 acre 34.2 perches, on S.O. (ix) The area of 2.3 perches on S.O. Plan 50277 and the areas of 7.7 perches and 8.2 perches on S.O. Plan 50578, now known as Allotments 463, 464 and 465, Parish of Waipa (respectively) shall vest in Raymond William Tocker of Auckland, farmer and Barbara Gwendoline Tocker, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 238542.5, H. 360770 and H. 418431, South Auckland Land Registry.

(x) The area of 1 acre, 32 perches on S.O.
