Land and Leasehold Estates in Land Acquired, Subject to and
Together With Certain Rights and Restrictions as to Parts, for
Post Office Purposes in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule
hereto and the leasehold estates in the land secondly and thirdly
described in the Schedule hereto held from The Hamilton City
Council by The Public Service Investment Society Limited under
and by virtue of Lease No. S. 27859 recorded in Register Book,
Volume 1064, folio 14 and Lease No. S. 368948 recorded in Register
Book No. 10A/276 respectively are hereby acquired, subject to and
together with the benefit of the rights of way appurtenant to the
land firstly and secondly described created by transfer S. 626340
and subject also as to the land firstly described to the fencing
covenants contained in transfers S. 53741 and S. 54015, South
Auckland Land Registry for post office purposes; and further declares
that the said land and leasehold estates shall vest in the Crown on
the 22nd day of November 1984.
