Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935 in
the Borough of Otaki

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935
and shall vest in the Crown on the 22nd day of November 1984.

ALL that piece of land containing 622 square metres, situated in
the Borough of Otaki, being Lot 59, D.P. 46964. All certificate of

Land Acquired for a Local Purpose Reserve for Community Hall
and Education Purposes in Block VII, Oteramika Hundred,
Southland County

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve for
community hall and education purposes and is vested in The
Southland County Council on the 22nd day of November 1984.
